1.   Guarantee
We guarantee all orders to be free of defects in workmanship. If any order does not match the generally accepted trade standards, we will reprint the order or issue the customer a refund at our discretion. A written(email) request must be made no later than 3 business days after delivery. If no such claim is made, NexCards.com and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that NexCards.com performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.

Once a return or reprint request has been processed, the customer must send NexCards.com the order in it's entirety to: NexCards.com, Attn:Returns/Reprints, 4499 Suwanee Dam RD, Suwanee GA 30024. NexCards is NOT responsible for return shipping costs. Reprints may require the customer to send NexCards.com just a few business cards in a plain envelope depending on the specific situation.
