If there is a mistake in the printing process or bad workmanship your products will be re-printed at no additional charge.
We can not be held responsible in the event of human errors such as spelling, misalignments, or inaccurate information printed on your products. We ask that you double check your designs for these common errors before ordering.
All of our printing is CMYK printing, meaning that colors may not come out 100% the same everytime or when compared to the colors shown on a computer screen. Reprints or refunds can NOT be issued because of color differences.
